How do I make a TED or DOC transfer through Agibank?

Making a bank transfer through Agibank is very simple. Check out our step-by-step guide for transferring via TED or DOC:

  • Open the Agibank app on your phone and log in with your password. On the main screen, tap the "Pay" button and then select "TED" or "DOC."
  • Tap the "Enter account details" button. Enter the transfer recipient's CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian corporate tax ID) without punctuation. Tap the green arrow to proceed.
  • Enter the recipient's full name and tap the green button (the app automatically capitalizes the initial letters). Select the recipient's bank account. If the bank isn't listed, you can enter the bank name or number or scroll down to see all registered institutions, sorted alphabetically.
  • Tap the down arrow and choose the account type (e.g., checking account). Tap the green button. Then enter the branch number (without the check digit) and the account number (with the check digit, but without the hyphen). Press the green button to continue.

Enter the amount you want to transfer in the designated field and tap "Continue." Then, enter a description for the transfer and tap the green arrow button.

  • The Agibank app will display a summary of your bank transfer. Verify all the information and, if correct, tap "Transfer." Enter your four-digit PIN and tap "Continue."
  • The app will display the message "Transaction completed successfully." Agibank will then show a summary of the TED transfer. If desired, tap "Share" to send the receipt to the transfer recipient.

How much does a transfer cost at Agibank?

Agibank charges certain fees when making transactions. Check out the costs for each transaction you can make with your account:

  • TED: 4 free transfers per month. From then on, you pay R$ 1.90 for each transfer.
