How do I make TED and DOC transfers through Bancoop?

To make a TED or DOC transfer at Bancoop, you can use internet banking, an ATM, or the bank's app.

Internet banking

1. Access Bancoop's internet banking.
2. Click on “Transfers and payments”.
3. Select “Transfers between accounts”.
4. Enter the beneficiary's CPF or CNPJ.
5. Enter the amount to be transferred.
6. Select whether the transfer will be made via TED or DOC.
7. Enter your internet banking access password.
8. Click “Confirm”.

ATM

1. Access a Bancoop ATM.
2. Select the “Transfers and payments” option.
3. Select “Transfers between accounts”.
4. Enter the beneficiary's CPF or CNPJ.
5. Enter the amount to be transferred.
6. Select whether the transfer will be made via TED or DOC.

1. Open the Bancoop app.
2. Log in with your account and password.
3. Go to “transfers”.
4. Fill in the account information, amounts and bank code.
5. Confirm the transfer.

How much does a transfer cost at Bancoop?

To make a transfer via TED and DOC at Bancoop, you must pay a fee of R$ 5.00 per transaction.

If you wish to make a transfer to another account at the same bank, the fee charged is R$ 2.50.

If you don't want to pay a fee, an alternative is to use PIX.
