How do I make TED and DOC transfers through Bancoop?
To make a TED or DOC transfer at Bancoop, you can use internet banking, an ATM, or the bank's app.
Internet banking
- Access Bancoop's internet banking.
- Click on “Transfers and payments”.
- Select “Transfers between accounts”.
- Enter the beneficiary's CPF or CNPJ.
- Enter the amount to be transferred.
- Select whether the transfer will be made via TED or DOC.
- Enter your internet banking access password.
- Click “Confirm”.
ATM
- Access a Bancoop ATM.
- Select the “Transfers and payments” option.
- Select “Transfers between accounts”.
- Enter the beneficiary's CPF or CNPJ.

How much does a transfer cost at Bancoop?
To make a transfer via TED and DOC at Bancoop, you must pay a fee of R$ 5.00 per transaction.
If you wish to make a transfer to another account at the same bank, the fee charged is R$ 2.50.
If you don't want to pay a fee, an alternative is to use PIX.
